


Peach & Blueberry Mountain Dew Dumplings

4 fresh peaches, pits removed 
1 cup fresh blueberries 
2 cans Brookshire’s Refrigerated Crescent Rolls 
3/4 cup unsalted butter 
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar 
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract 
1 (7.5 oz) can Mountain Dew, Sprite or 7-Up 
whipped cream, for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Slice the peaches. Place a couple peach slices and a few blueberries at the largest end of a crescent roll. Roll it up.
 - Place in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish until all the peach slices are rolled.
 - Melt the butter. Add sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir until well-combined.
 - Spoon the sugar mixture over the peach rolls. Pour in the soda.
 - Bake for 45 minutes until tops are golden-brown and rolls are completely cooked. Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving with whipped cream.
